建物はおそらく50年程度経過しているが内装を完全にリニューアルして非常に清潔です。ロケーションも中央駅からUバーンで4駅と悪くないです。ただ近辺に飲食店があまり無いのでスーパーで買って持ち込むか中央駅付近まで行くかです。レンジ、冷蔵庫は共有スペースにありますがテレビはありません。
