Good venue for a conference.

Overall, good stay and was a great location for a conference. My issue was just with the temperature in the room, as the air conditioning didn't work properly and several people were complaining.

Best hotel in town

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Great spot to visit Hannover and to access parks, museums, shops, restaurants, churches etc Always willing to help and ensure needs are met. Only negative is unable to access English speaking channels on the TV.

In a pretty convenient location but nothing around it. 3 minutes walk to the underground with 3 stops to city center. no swimming pool, there is a small gym. hotel room is a bit of a let down. executive room which is more expensive than standard, was just a bigger room, bare and boring with cheap furniture. nothing much in the room to use but you can buy necessity at the small stall by reception opening 24/24.

Das Hotel ist in der Halle sehr schick und modern, ein kleiner Convenient Store ist auch vorhanden und es gibt kostenlos Wasser. Der Empfang war soweit angenehm. Das Parken fanden wir sehr teuer, ist halt bei einem öffentlichen Anbieter. Da hat uns etwas Beratung gefehlt, wir haben aber auch nicht nachgefragt. Im Zimmer gab es zwar Teebeutel, aber sehe wenige und z.B. nur einen schwarzen Tee. Außerdem keine Bodylotion und keine Watte/Q-Tips, ansonsten aber schöne Rituals–Produkte. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet, für fünf Sterne fehlt es aber an besonderen Merkmalen.

Überbewertet

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel bin ich enttäuscht. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ich habe das kleinste Zimmer der Etage bekommen, wo der Sessel regelrecht hineingequetscht ist. Die Matratze geht auseinander, und die Vorhänge schließen nicht ab, so dass die Morgensonne einen um 5:30 Uhr weckt. Das TV hat eine verbesserungswürdige Senderverteilung. Während der zwei Tage funktionierte das WLAN auf dem Zimmer nicht. So richtiges Engagement oder Kompensation gab es seitens der Rezeption nicht. Insgesamt sehe ich das Hotel als überbewertet an, andere sind da weiter - und oft günstiger.

Dårlig service end hvad vi plejer at få

Vi blev tjekket ind af en receptionist som ikke spurgte til hvilket sprog vi skulle tale selvom hun kunne høre vi ikke talte tysk sammen. Morgenmaden var som forventet kedelig, trods vi kom før klokken vi var buffeten næsten tom. Vi er ellers glade for Novotel generelt og det i Hannover er vores faste pitstop når vi rejser længere sydpå

Værelset var super fint og rigtig børne venligt eneste minus var at værelset lå ud til den storevej så det larmede en del om natten men ellers super fint hotel med parkerings kælder lige ved siden af

It was quiet and clean. The food was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. But in the shower there were black marks... mould? We mentioned this to reception. It was agreed that the problem would be sorted.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The property and the rooms are updated. I found my room a bit small. But it was okay for a short business trip. I didn‘t have breakfast but it looked very good to me. I dined in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and the service excellent. The only minor remark I would make is the choice of TV programs - there were hardly any international programs available.
