Hotel in good location near Hoan Kiem lake, with plenty of cafe and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, made to order, better reserve at least 30 min to enjoy due to order taking and cooking time. Beware the main door is locked after midnight

When researching a hotel for my stay in Hanoi, the photos of the reception area captured my attention. Upon arrival I was not disappointed. My room decor echoed the modernistic, quirkiness of the reception area. The young staff was very friendly, and always willing to engage in idle chit-chat, as their English was excellent. I had a most pleasant stay.

This hotel is a peaceful, pleasant hotel located in Hanoi's bustling Old Quarter, and near the stylish French Quarter. Hoan Kiem lake is a five minute walk, and there are many, many excellent food options within a few minutes walk. The location is busy, but inside, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff are attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. An excellent breakfast is served on the top floor.

Everything and everyone here exceeding our expectations! Located in the heart of Hanoi we were delighted to learn of the walking street and lake being so close yet far enough to escape the noise .. the staff were simply incredible - especially Hannah and Việt who went above and beyond to help us even after we had left the hotel! Anyone can smile but You know true kindness in times of crisis! They genuinely cared about our safety while we were impacted first by a typhoon disrupting our cruise and later by our Sapa tour stranding us due to a landslide! They checked on us regularly, helped with alternative arrangements. We feel we not only stayed in a hotel but with family - and don’t miss the breakfast - delicious! From both Paul and I, thank you for everything and if management are reading this - please thank Hannah and Việt again for us x

Great stay!

Great little hotel right near a lake. Lots of food nearby. The staff is very attentive and helpful in booking day trips and other activities. Breakfasts were delicious. Mr Jackie Le and the staff should all be proud. I will look forward to coming to stay again.
