Very comfortable Lheritage Diamond hotel, rooms clean and cool, staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for the old town, and we loved the rooftop restaurant for the views across the city.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and nice, especially Sabi. Their breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of both Vietnamese and Western dishes. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was convenient, close to almost everything.

We stayed at the Hanoi Lheritage Hotel for 4 nights . Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is well decorated, clean and the staff are kind. It is also located only a few minutes walk from Old Town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

All around, one of best hotels I have stayed at. It is in a great location central to the old quarter. The balcony room is very nice and has a comfortable bed with high quality pillows. The service staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do around the city.

When I arrived,The staff was very friendly. And above all, the breakfast was delicious. The menu changes a little every day, but it seems to be good.And here you can also apply for tours, which are more reasonable than you think, so you can apply for NinhBinh Tour and Halong Bay Tour. I stayed here for three nights and the building itself felt a trace of the ages, but it was always nice to keep clean. It was close to Lake Hoan Kiem and good accessibility. If you are looking for a really good hotel.

Excellent hotel location and New

Brand new hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter Hotel. Breakfast is very good and service is again wonderful. Best fruit juices of any hotel we stayed in the 3 weeks in Vietnam. The location is also excellent in the Hanoi Center.

well situated hotel

the hotel is very centrally situated to explore Hanoi. The reception staff were exceedingly helpful with directions and any queries. They also were happy to look after our larger luggage whilst we were in Halong bay.

Not bad, but...

I stayed 1 night at the L’heritage Diamond, and one night at a different property. The L’heritage Diamond ( LD) was 20% more expensive than the other hotel. However, the other hotel handily beat the LD in every meaningful category : cleanliness, guest service, design, comfort, noise level, and value. Management would be well advised to implement a better system of monitoring and ensuring room cleanliness. My bedsheet had a very noticeable red stain, and there were numerous hairs on the bathroom floor and a towel. The staff in the lobby and restaurant were pleasant, and professional for the most part. Overall, my stay was decent, but not great.

Nice staff, good room, Beware construction noise

We were upgraded at check in. Big room, very clean, great shower. Breakfast good but offered the a la carte menu only after we finished buffet - which had nice choices. Cons - noisy. Construction behind and in front of hotel. Noisy air con and could hear plumbing from adjacent bathrooms. Slept with earplugs. Nice staff but not as polished as better hotels. Avoid driver to/from airport. Overly aggressive, on phone much of trip and drove too fast. Taxi drivers were more careful than he.

Great hotel

We had a very nice stay at L’heritage Diamond Hotel and Spa. Stayed here 3 times over the course of about 1 week. (Had day trips with stayover in between) Hotel staff is very nice and looked after our luggage while we where away. Location is exquisite. It is very easy to get around from Hotel location. Only thing to put a finger on would be the breakfast buffet which was not in my taste. But that is most likely due to the fact that im european. Highly recommendable.
