We had 3 nights here and I was really happy. Firstly it was so lovely to have a hotel with a great mattress and pillows. The staff are all amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good too. It is always nice when the cook makes the eggs fresh. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Loved everything about this property so much so have booked it again for next year. Wonderful staff including Miss Chan who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with everything Hanoi has to offer. Very beautiful rooms ( had a balcony room) Nice roof top bar and plenty of variety at Breakfast.

A wonderful stay in the heart of the Old Quarter. Location was perfect for exploring, and the restaurant was excellent. Most importantly, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful, going above and beyond. A special thank you to Jason who was immensely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Everyone I encountered was exceptional-respectful, kind and happy. I love this place and will return. I asked the front desk Receptionist to send money to my Tailor and she did. She was very helpful. The breakfast buffet staff was also very caring. She said they had pho and brought it to our table after we ordered it. We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was convenient to everywhere. The value was worth it!

Nice hotel at a very good location. Buffet breakfast was good and very not crowded. Had dinner at the hotel resturant and it was delicious. Best thing about the hotel is the staff, very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Trang Nguyen for helping us and arranging a private car to Nihn Binh.

Outstanding from start to finish - everything about the hotel was faultless and such value for money. Its boutique nature gives way more attention than a huge expensive Intercontinental Hotel or similar could give. Surprised me just how great a smaller hotel is - when I return, I will book again. The restaurant and rooftop bar are fantastic BTW in fact, the restaurant food was better than the one Michelin star Tam Vi in Hanoi!

We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were clean and the shower pressure was great! It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed after a long day of outings. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter and everything is within walking distance. The hotel spa offers a “head spa” which includes a head massage and hair wash , and was nothing like I had experienced before. We were also picked up from the airport for around $25. Thank you JM Marvel for your hospitality!
