I had a suite with bedroom and living area and two bathrooms US$150.. excellent value for the money and a great location. Very walkable. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. I had an early tour this morning and they took my luggage across the street to a sister hotel, which I really appreciated.. Hanoi Fusion restaurant is across the street and it has incredible authentic Vietnamese food the best I’ve ever had!!

Excellent hotel property! This hotel is within walking distance of the Old Quarter. The area is safe and friendly. The hotel staff is very accommodating and professional. I especially appreciated their quick responses and being able to provide suggestions on the different sights to see in Hanoi. The pool and rooftop bar are a gem and have a great city view during sunsets. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

Excellent stay!!

Lovely spacious room with 2 bathrooms and a living room area. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They are AMAZING!!!!! We also ate at the November restaurant on the 12th floor and the food was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is so helpful and provide good service. They speak good English. The hotel it self has a great location in Hanoi and the rooms are clean and comfortable. When we first came to the hotel we got some Vietnamese yeah while they got our room ready. Recommend this hotel.

Easy stay

Good front of house staff, clean and in an interesting area with some excellent restaurants. Large rooms, by Hanoi standards, coupled with real windows. The suite didn't have great views, but the room had a lake view. Breakfast fine, roof top bar lovely, pool quiet and refreshing when we used it.

It's a little far from Old Walker, but it's quiet and pleasant, so it was nice to stay. Breakfast was great too. Above all, there were friendly and responsible employees, so there was no inconvenience. If I go to Hanoi again, I will choose this hotel.
