このホテルを選んだところからお話させて下さい。
3/24はベトナムへ来て丁度3年の記念日、精密検査もあり3/30には日本へ帰り、半年以上は日本勤務を言われていたこともあり、最後のハノイになるかも知れず、レイクビュー＋バルコニーのあるホテルということでここを選びました。いろんな意味で折角の記念日をぶち壊してくれました。
ホテルに着い たら、前日に予約が入って満室と断られました。こちらが困っているにも関わらず、動画を見ながらへらへら笑うスタッフに嫌悪感を感じておりました。 bookin.comでホテルを探し出す始末。
上記満足度については、客室や設備については滞在しておりませんので、回答できません。
