Extremely noisy and no outside window

Firstly, the staff are great, and secondly the apartment was modern and clean with a good shower and facilities. The location is also very good within walking distance to the old quarter. However, the apartment is very noisy. It's close to the train tracks (see videos of train street) and you can hear every train, and each one like to use their horn, regardless of whether it's the middle of the night or not. Also the apartment didn't have a window to the outside so there is no natural light, which I found very difficult to wake in the morning. Not only contending with the train noise and darkness, the building next door is doing extensive renovations and extremely loud drilling noises start and last most of the waking day. Not much the staff can do about this, but if you book here light sleepers will not like it. I think it would have been quieter sleeping next to the road with all the bikes and their horns.

An extremely basic hotel, dont expect too much

The only good point about this hotel is that its near to the train station, approx. 5mins walk. Water was not flowing and it just flooded the toilet. Good for few hours of stay.
