This place was OK

For the price it was a good deal. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It wasn't as clean as I would expect, there were some stains on the bed sheets and a few hairs in the bed. I slept well though so it was OK.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was nothing like the photos advertised online. It was dirty, the bed linens were stained, and there was mold/fungus visible in several areas. To make matters worse, I had two cockroaches running around the room during my stay. The air conditioning was another major issue. It was so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep with it on, but turning it off wasn’t an option because the room became unbearably hot. Customer service was equally disappointing. Two male staff members laughed at me instead of taking my concerns seriously. The only person who genuinely tried to communicate and help was one of the female staff members, and I appreciate her effort. Hanoi is a wonderful city and I absolutely enjoyed visiting it. However, if you want to ruin your stay with an uncomfortable, dirty room and poor customer service, this is the place to book. If you want to enjoy your trip, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Jag och mina kompisar bokade 4 rum på det här hotellet, eftersom priset var bra och bilderna väldigt bra ut. Fanns inga recensioner på internet att läsa. Rummen såg inte alls ut som på bilderna. Mycket sämre skick, man blev förvånad att det inte fanns kackerlackor (vad vi såg) på rummen. Rummen städade varje dag, vilket var trevligt, men lakanen och handdukarna var fläckiga. Personalen var trevlig.
