8.6/10 Excellent! (4 reviews)
Our stay at Summit Hotel had a challenging start but turned into a wonderful experience.
We had originally booked a standard room, but we found it too small for our needs so we decided to upgrade to a spacious room for approximately CAD $70–73 per night and paid the difference. After a 20-hour journey with flights and transit, we were exhausted unfortunately we had to move 3 times due to room issues which could have been avoided by management. The next morning everything changed after visiting the breakfast room. The breakfast staff welcomed us with warmth and breakfast was decent.
Hasan went above and beyond by helping us answering our many questions. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was when a gentleman casually chatted with us. We later discovered he was the hotel owner when a beautiful gift box of authentic sweets, including delicious Kesar Gulab Jamun, was delivered to our room as a thoughtful gift from him. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture that made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
Looking back, although our first night was stressful, the outstanding hospitality, kindness of the staff, excellent location, safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service completely changed our impression. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already pre-booked our next visit.
If you’re looking for a hotel with hospitality and easy access to shopping and transportation we will recommend The Hotel Summit in Ahmedabad!

8.4/10 Very Good! (309 reviews)
How can you expect to give a good review? The room reserved through you was not honored by the Hotel and therefore I had to make my own arrangement for my stay.
Please refund the amount paid to you towards this as the hotel gave me a written confirmation stating that no request was received from your end until the time I checked out.

"Great property - nice rooms - comfy communal area - great food - great service from all on site - Rizwan sorted out a trip to the Little Rann of Kutch in no time - and helped with cars for a day trip to Patan and our onward trip to Palitana. Excellent stay all round."
