"Overall my stay was a good experience. The breakfast was great the staff was on point very attentive and professional. I will give this a 4.5 only because there was a leak in my room coming from the bathroom sink, and the surrounding areas appear to have a homeless shelter which meant will constantly surrounded by it a bunch of homeless. I do appreciate the hotel having extra security around in the lobbies making walking in and out feel comfortable and safe. I don't want the review to reflect any bad but understand where the area is no fault of the hotel. It is conveniently located in a great portion with access to everything including the hospital nearby and Fenway Park. The was a Cuban restaurant attached to the hotel which was very convenient."

"It was a very well maintained boutique hotel. The rooms were a bit on the smaller size with compact bathroom & shower set up. Liked the general amenities offered such as coffee in the lounge and water stations on each floor."

"This is one of the best decisions I ever made honestly!! They were all so sweet. The hotel was gorgeous and I had written a note for them before coming that it was my birthday and if I could get the highest floor. They had 22 floors and gave me the 20th and not just that but they also had a cup desert set for me in the room and gave me a gift card for the hotel on the 5th and 2 free drinks which I seriously did not expect. It made my birthday weekend absolutely worth it. They were very kind to me and I’m so coming back again. Definitely recommended."

"I was here for a brief stay. The staff was cordial and friendly, the room was clean, didn’t need or use the laundry facility and the amenities on site met my general needs well. "
