만족합니다.
2020. 1. 17. ~19.까지 912호에 있었는데, 중국이 생소하고 중국어는 더더욱 하지 못해서 찾아가는데 고생했지만 가서는 친절한 응대로 인하여 만족하였습니다. 게다가 제가 있던 912호가 카드키가 자주 오류가 났었는데, 몇 번이고 도와주시고 그 부분 감사드립니다. 난방도 따뜻하고 온수도 잘 나오고, 체크아웃 하는 날 새벽 6시 30분 정도 체크아웃을 하려고 하였으 나, 카운터에 아무도 안 계셔서 그 점이 조금 당황스러웠지만 바로 또 도와주시고 여러모로 친절함을 느끼고 왔습니다.

생각했던거보다
공항버스 정류장에서 가깝고 직원들이 친절

One step from a hostel with added smoke smells.
Definitely not 3.5 stars. Check in people were not friendly, no english and took longer than average. Once you get past that then it’s the strong cigarette smell everywhere, ultra dark hallways, thin walls where conversations can be heard clearly coming from the hallway, dated rooms and bad plumbing (our toilet got blocked and when we rang reception they hanged up on us 3 times as we spoke in english). Really not sure how the reviews are 8.2 avg for this place, unless they are coming up from hostel type accommodation. I really hope this helps other travellers.

駅に行くにも中央大街に行くにも歩いていける便利な立地。Expediaの地図を頼りに行くと迷うので注意。実際は经纬街と兆麟街に挟まれる工厂街沿いにある。

The hotel is a little hard to find, although is a short walk to the train station and shops. It is about a 30 minute walk to the river.
The food in the main restaurant is great, but it is not worth getting breakfast here...very little on offer.
Rooms are pleasant, but the bed was reallt firm.
Staff are friendly, but if it is busy (e.g. christmas eve), service isn't great, especially if you don't speak chinese. I felt ignored, and didn't get the best service during their christmas eve buffet. Although, they apologised and gave me a fruit platter.

這家酒店所處的地點十分便利，距離中央大街、索菲亞教堂、斯大林公園都很近。
酒店房間整理情況，屬乾淨舒適。
前台服務人員態度友善，在退房後亦慷慨協助，指引至機場接駁公車處，十分感激。
唯，因飛行延誤所致，抵達飯店時間已為深夜，周圍較黑暗，入門處僅一側門，標示稍為不清，若可加增一小門鈴及感應燈，或可改善旅客不得其門而入之不便。

入住三人房，房間空間大，自助式早餐豐富，離中央大街和聖索菲亞教堂都不遠，附近商店不多。但個人覺得價格有些偏高。這價格可以有更好選擇。

整體來說這酒店不錯的，步行約15分鐘到中央大街，酒店附近也有很多吃的地方。我們當天早上九點到酒店原本訂了下午兩點才入住，但前抬服務員看了我們的房間有空就讓我們先入住。
