"I arrived at this hotel at 2am, Saturday, Demember 19th. I had made a booking through Hotels.com. It was freezing cold outside, and I was very much looking forward to getting to my room. "The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."

"1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time).

3. Breakfast choices are very limited, there was a purple sweet potato porridge they did not label it, I asked staff this...

"Good service, easy check-in, staff welcoming and happy to speak English. Room was big and clean with a great view, with everything, even USB charging cord.
Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. "
"The room was a bit on the older side and didn't feel overly maintained. Lots of the wallpaper was peeling. At least one ceiling tile was sagging low. The bed was very hard. It had low water pressure. The room itself was clean, and the hardwood furnite was quite nice. "
"Very good location that offers plenty of shopping, dining options. The hotel and the rooms are luxurious and the service is great. One of the downside was that non-smoking floors still smells like cigarette with ash treys at the elevator hall. Also the swimming pool is not serviced by the hotel and other residents of the building can use it. Swimming cap was also required which the hotel did not inform us."
