"TV did not work. Toilet paper on tank. No Kleenex, Something scratching on mattress cover sheet was an embedded toe nail. Around midnight, party and loud music next door, nothing done. Stay at hotels upwards of 100 days a year and this had to be the worst place I have ever spent a night. I should have eaten the loss and gone elsewhere but it was too late. Will never spend another night ever in a Ramada Inn. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Older hotel with a lack of modern amenities. Parking beneath the hotel was expensive and poorly lit. I would probably make a different choice next time I visit the Johns Hopkins university area of Baltimore. "

"One night stay. Disappointed that there was no ice available on the property. No ice machine. The front desk clerk told me that there were ice trays in the refrigerator/freezer. When I said, "They're empty", he said that was for hygiene purposes. And I had really been looking forward to my Jack Daniels on the rocks. I also think the "Free Breakfast" was a bit oversold."

"Reasonable, but housekeeping was extremely noisy at 7:00 am while we were still trying to sleep and knocked on the door at 8:00 am. "

"Everything was going well until the last night when the central air had a banging noise that woke me up. Twice I went to the door thinking that someone was knocking the door. When i got up from my sleep, no one was there. I couldnt go back to sleep because the banging was nonstop. Apart from that occurrence, everything was good."
