โThe room key did not work--in two replacement attempts, but the check-in lady continued to try until it finally did work. She then followed up by phone to confirm that it had worked.โ
โWhen we arrived our room was not quite ready. That was ok the staff right away gave us free parking & offered us a water while we waited. They recognized it quickly and took care of us quickly. Really nice place to stay. The room was really good. I am a family of 5 so sometimes a little crowded.โ
โA great place to stay and the chicken strips and Philly steak at at the casino next door were a convenient walk away, then easy to eat on the outdoor patio are near the pool while watching the river run on by. Gorgeous sunset. Will stay again!โ
