"We love this hotel! We always stay here when we visit Houston for Astros Game or Doctors specialist. Will take you about 40 mins to get there with traffic so plan ahead and leave early. The rooms include handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. "

"IT WAS FILTHY, HAIR IN THE SHEETS, NOT CHANGED BEFORE CHECK IN, REFUSED TO CHANGE THEM, REFUSED A REFUND AFTER WE LEFT, SHOWER WAS NOT CLEAN AND THE SHOWER CURTAIN HAD MOLD ALL OVER IT."

"The indoor pool was not enjoyable at all. It was too cold. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in it for about an hour but ended up getting out and getting sick due to it being so cold. The hot tub didn’t even work. The rooms we had were great and so clean so that was a big plus. The front office staff were very amazing and so friendly especially Tiki. "

"Staff lied to me no room available e xcept.smoking. waited almost 2 hours for a room.to be available . Did not happen, I asked for a refund. Was told refund would be processed. Received an email yesterday stating refund Denied . So I am paying for room that was not available. "

"Unsure why a hotel would have a Roku setup on a TV with no working wifi. My room was clean, no complaints there but it does look run down on the outside. The staff was friendly, and my stay wasnt bad, just could’ve been better"

"Following my reservation I received an email that breakfast and pool were not available. Before would have been helpful. Television remote was hidden behind the dresser. My bed sheet had a cigarette burn. Staff seemed to care little for customer service. Kind of a dump. "
