"My stay at this property was not pleasant. The smell of chlorine in the pool and hot tub area, in my opinion, was at an unsafe level. My eyes immediately started burning upon entering the room. Other guests I was with felt the need to crack the windows and the door in order to get some fresh air. The kids were coughing and couldn’t be in the pool for that long before they needed to leave. There were also two women, not with my party, who appeared to be under the influence of something. They went into the bathroom in the pool area for a long time together and it was uncomfortable. One of the women was also vaping by the pool. In the middle of the night 12am and 3am) I was awoken by other guests in the hotel. The first time it was a group of people loudly talking in the lobby but the second time was far worse and disturbing. Two guests were having an argument and screaming at each other using profanities. Everyone in my room and the family’s room next to mine were awakened and the kids were scared. It was not a good stay. The hotel itself was ok but the area and guests were shady and felt unsafe. "
