Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was outdated, and needed a good cleaning. Bed was uncomfortable and should have been replaced. Breakfast was unhealthy and had very limited choices.

The hotel was decent for a cheap option. Fairly clean and lots of eating options in the area. Breakfast was okay. Hot tub was pretty gross. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Request for additional towels was granted.

We booked and paid through expedia, the fact that the hotel charges you an extra fee when you get there is ridiculous. And, we were told we had to pay it or he couldn't process our booking. They doubled it with us because we were spending two nights there. They need to just make the price what the price is! Tired of people trying to rip you off.

Why did they charge us more when we arrived at the hotel? It should not cost me more after I paid once. The young man at the desk told me it was a fee from Expedia. He told me that unless I pay the extra fee, I would not be able to check in. Noting this and will be warning family and friends.

The original room we were given was in very poor condition. As soon as we walked in we were hit with a very strong smoke odor - the room reeked like someone literally just smoked pot a minute before we walked in. Went into the bathroom and the water did not turn on. Came out to call the front desk to find out if the water was off in the building - picked up the phone and jt wasn't working. Also no smoke detector on the wall. Went down to find out if we can switch rooms, and ask about the water. The clerk saidnthe township was flushing the system and the water should be back on in 15 minutes. I'm not sure why this wasn't mentioned when we checked in. The clerk was very nice and did move us to a much cleaner room. One other issue was the smoke detector in the hallway on our floor needed a battery change, so it chirped all night. Breakfast was ok... not as much to offer as other hotels with breakfast included but waffles and cereal were fine.

The hotel is okay it needs a little TLC. The breakfast was not the greatest. The gentleman that was replacing the items as they finished in the breakfast area was not a very pleasant man. The stay was good however this hotel needs a little TLC.

Room was definitley on the shabby side. Toilet was stained, spigot in the bathub almost coming off the wall, toilet paper holder coming off. Sheets were clean though and staff very nice. Busy Sunday morning breakfast and not everything was replenished.
