Overall the room was clean and had good amenities. It was very spacious. There was leftover food in the fridge when we got there but other than that it was nice

From the time we arrived the staff was great. The teenagers were happy with free laundry service and the mini store downstairs. Having a gas station with fresh food so close (walkable!) was perfect. Free laundry units downstairs was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way. My only concern is the cleanliness of the room, but we made the best of it. Only 20 minutes from Hershey Park, plenty of food options around and a 24hr has station for all of our needs. Cleanliness could be better; drawers and floor had some debris, but we didn't spend much time in the room itself except to sleep. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot and having use of microwave and ice maker was an added bonus. Will 100% stay again when we come back to Harrisburg!

This hotel is 12 years old. I have stayed here three times. Clearly, top management is neglecting this facility. The chairs in my room would not even be fit to donate to Goodwill. Torn and worn. The air conditioning reeked of a pet odor when used. Had to open the window to get a nice smell in the room. Many areas of the hotel had worn carpet. The lobby furniture was even worn. Cigarette butts were all over the parking lot. Staff was very nice and accommodating

Upon check-in i was excitedly greeted by the front desk, i think her name was Pam. It was a easy check in she gave me details abot the hotel laundry, amenities that were in the room, purchasing snacks or laundry detergent and parking. I was very pleased with our interaction and my stay.

Stopped 4 a Nap and Break from long Drive

Although the Staff was Nice... They had a Bug Issue outside maybe because of the Bright Lights... The Elevator smelled... People was Hanging Outside in the Hallway on the Floor I was on Standing around looking Susceptibility. THE only thing that was clean about the Room Was the Bathroom.. The Kitchen Floor was Sticky and smelled the Microwave was Disgusting.......

The hotel and staff were very nice, only issue was the room wasn't ready when I got there about 330-4 pm Friday after driving 5 hours, I was ready for a break. But there was a Walmart close by, so I went and grabbed what was needed for the weekend and came back an hour later and room was ready. The room itself was very clean and well kept, the Pool was closed off for construction going on that side, but was raining and nasty out anyway. Was a very good stay for the weekend.
