Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Das Hotel ist sehr rustikal, aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Man kann vor dem Kamin seinen Wein trinken oer nur das Feuer genießen. Mangels weiterer Gäste kommt man sich vor wie im Spukschloss.

Das Personal ist super freundlich. Man fühlt sich gleich familiär aufgenommen. Das Haus ist süß eingerichtet, vom Stil her englisch angehaucht, was die romantische Atmosphäre noch mehr untermalt. Das Essen ist Restaurant ist hervorragend, zwar etwas teurer, aber dafür auch qualitativ 1a. Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlte es an nichts. Das Highlight war die Kiste mit echten Honigwaben. Ich gehe sehr gern wieder in dieses Hotel.

Extreme service

Great hotel, very good service, most people was English speaking. In the middle of nowhere, but great area for motorcycleling (and walking I heard) I wanted to visit a concert nearby but no taxi could pick me up after the show(Saturday night) . A wonderful woman from the hotel said she could pick me up after the show and drive me back. Only thing I can complain a little bit about is the food. OK, but far from great. But the chef might have had a bad day. All in all. Great hotel.

Der Hotelname "Waldidyll" passt: Absolut ruhige Lage, mit sehr gepflegten Außenanlagen und erholsamer (Wald-)Natur. Zimmer und Restaurant (mit Terrasse) liebevoll gestaltet und dekoriert. Balkon mit Blick ins Waldidyll. Fast 5-Sterne verdächtiges Essen! Mini-Anmerkung: Die junge Restaurant-Mitarbeiterin muss noch bisschen lernen, mit Feingefühl zu kommunizieren und bedienen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Romantik und Service mit Stil idyllisch im Wald

Das Waldhotel habe ich mit meiner Frau an einem Wochenende "für uns" besucht. Haus und Service sind wirklich sehr angenehm und sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht das Übliche "schnell, schnell", sondern sehr auf den Gast und sein Wohl bezogen, auch mal mit Zeit für eine kleine Konversation. Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft und alles wird stilvoll kredenzt. Das Ambiente ist einfach traumhaft, leider war es bei uns noch zu kalt, um im Freien auf der Terasse das Frühstück zu genießen.

Wunderbares Waldidyll

Familiengeführtes kleines Hotel in toller Lage. Hartensteiner Wald lädt zu Spaziergängen und Wanderungen ein, Aue und andere Ausflugsziele in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Nettes, herzliches Personal und ein tolles Restaurant für Frühstück und Abend - man merkt, dass den InhaberInnen Gastlichkeit und Gästeorientierung extrem wichtig sind. Es sind viele Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt besonders gut in Erinnerung bleiben lassen - vom frühen Zimmerbezug, der möglich war, hin zu exzellenten Abendessen und erfüllten Frühstückssonderwünschen. Ich würde nur raten, die Extra-Auspreisung von Parkplatz und Sauna zu überdenken. Ich verstehe die Mwst Problematik, aber wahrscheinlich fühlt es sich für den Gast "besser" an, diese Posten in einer Zimmerpauschale mit verortet zu wissen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Man wirbt im Internet und auf Buchungsplattformen mit Sauna und der Kunde erfährt vor Ort, dass er diese extra bezahlen muss. Auf Nachfrage gibt es die Antwort:"Wir haben auch ein Restaurant und wenn Sie dort essen wollen, dann müssen Sie es auch extra bezahlen." Finde ich nicht schön. Ansonsten ein super Service!
