"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room.
I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. We offered him our credit card but he asked for cash and it wasn’t till the next morning I discovered that we had indeed pre-paid. The...

"1. Apartment was on 2nd floor which was too high for my 67 year old dad to climb. Booking did not mention which floor we would get or we would have chosen another hotel.
2. Even though our booking requested stay for 4 adults and 3 children, Hotel was set up for 5 guests as it had 5 beds, 5 teaspoons, 5 forks and 5 knives only.
3. We paid by debit card so were expecting to be given a pin at reception address given in an email but when we got there, we found no one

"Très belle expérience, on se sent bien , pas de bruit , on profite de la nature.
Bonne prise en charge, un chauffeur vous dépose avec vos bagages au début et à la fin du séjour.
-point d'amélioration en période de forte chaleur, moustiquaires aux fenêtres et mise a disposition d'un ventilateur dans le logement.
Sinon tout est très bien, la literie, l'espace cuisine, etc..
Merci pour ce bon moment.
