We had a lovely stay here. The room was so beautiful, and we really appreciated being able to check in early. The location is excellent, everything was within easy reach. A wonderful place to stay, and we would happily return. One more thing, love the breakfast!

A beautiful charming boutique B&B in Old Town Hastings, plenty of ambiance! Really wonderful 3 night stay with partner, we stayed in room 7 which is on the top floor - if you are very tall the height of the room may be an issue although was not for my 6ft 1ins tall partner. We chose room 7 as it has a deep roll top bath with a shower attachment. B&B is very close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and all the local sights. Breakfast was wonderful, good options for all including vegetarians and vegans. Special thanks to staff members Lea and chef Kendall - so friendly, warm and helpful. We will be returning in November 2026 - booked whilst we were there!

Amazing hotel in the old town near plenty of shops cafes and restaurants very clean large room, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast exceptional, We would stay again, but would pick a room with a shower not a bath

This Guest house is a real gem! More like a boutique hotel. Our room was spacious, warm and beautifully decorated. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and great pressure! Bed was super comfortable. The Owners and staff were very helpful and friendly :) The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Perfect location in Old town. Parking very close by. We will definitely be back! Thank you to all for a fabulous stay!

A wonderful experience! The room was absolutely spotless with everything in there that one needs.Fresh milk,fruit,yoghurts,water,tea and coffee bags and even pain eu chocolate! Exceptional hotel in Hastings Old Town

The hotel is in a great location in Hastings Old Town close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, v. comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful, including Porters next door (good wine bar/restaurant associated with the hotel). It’s a remote check in/check out but we were sent clear instructions ahead of the booking with a contact host to call when we arrived. Breakfast is also really good with full, vegetarian, and non vegan options. Can’t fault our stay at all, we really enjoyed it and hope to come back…

A lovely hotel, very clean and the decor is contemporary but tasteful. Close to all areas of old Hastings with a good choice of restaurants and pubs close by. Breakfast is excellent whatever you choose and all the staff we met were very helpful and friendly a true gem hidden away in the old town. The only down side is that there is no parking at the hotel, but there are public car parks close by, or use Park on My Drive.
