Nice property at the edge of the city, with nothing around in walking distance. Front desk couldn’t help with any bus or ferry booking, couldn't advise on anything. There is a laminated price-list, offering every single thing for sale (TV, mattress, mini fridge, etc) never seen such thing in any hotel. Breakfast is decent, no complaints there. They charge a 1000 bath security deposit, checking the room after you check out, before they return your deposit. AC keeps the room cool, room is comfortable. There is a pool for men and another pool for woman, try to figure which to use as a family. Small room safe not bolted down, totally useless. Overall a decent place.

Comfortable but certain little things missed out such as hot water remains inconsistent and that staff are nice but not flexible . We were not allowed to join for breakfast 5 minutes earlier , tho' we explained that we were in a rush. Deposit still needs to be paid in cash. In terms of the building itself , it could have been better architecturally speaking as there are a few things like fire regulations could have been better and that some negative spaces spotted.

Their front desk staffs are very helpful but room service is very bad. I request for an iron but no show until the time I checkout. I would like to suggest that for every room, there should be an iron and a iron board. If not for this, this hotel is completely excellent and through my experience staying in a hotel at Hatyai, this is the best hotel so far.

It's a Muslim friendly hotel. All their ladies staff are wearing hijab. The hotel is new - the corridor, cafe and room are very clean. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The room size is bigger than a standard 3-guests room. The breakfast menu that I like most is the roti canai with chicken curry. The only drawback about this place is its location beside a busy highway.
