At low price one cannot expecttio high service standard. It's very good indeed for low price paid and even canecwih free breakfast. very Good location as a big shopping mall is just across the road on the opposite side

Couldn’t do much to incessant rain. When no taxi showed up, receptionist Billy, gave a ride to the bus station for my bus to Phuket. Exceptional service in time!

Nice big pool!

Convenient location. There's a big mall across the road, with plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarket. It is also near a few night bazaars. The hotel rooms are large and airy. It has a large rooftop pool that I can actually swim laps in! The reception girls were also very helpful — one of them really helped me out when no Grab driver was willing to pick me up from an out-of-the-way temple. However, it would be great if staff, especially at the front desk, could be given conversational English lessons to improve service, since there are many guests who don't speak Thai.

Location is more inland but Perfectly located across from the most fancy mall in HatYai. 6 minutes walk from ASEAN night bazaar. It about 15 minutes drive to downtown. Clean; 10/10 friendly staff and service. Didn’t get a 5/5 because: Shower area need better cleaning or some fixing. Unfortunately got water flies. Water suspended/leaking during shower causing wet soaking floor (bad by design.) Breakfast buffet makes it up!!! Plenty of selections and decent quality foods. Not a bad place to stay honestly, keeping the price in mind. Thank you Kob Khun krab

Beautiful room and pool.

It was a good hotel beautiful room and pool. But one note is that the hotel had about maybe 4 ballrooms will always packed wedding all day to night. I felt out of place.

Just stayed for 2 nights 3 rooms there,,front desk staff friendly allowed us to checked in earlier, thank you so much. But location a bit distance from city center need to take grab car or tuk tuk. Opposite hotel there is central shopping mall the biggest in Hatyai.

Hotel is new and clean, different room type to cater for group/family/couples; breakfast was great. Only thing is hard to get a tuktuk and cost a bomb to travel to town. Indeed it is not a convenience place to stay for tourists. Still a distance to walk to greenway night markets, no massage nearby and no 7 eleven. It is quiet in the morning and night.

Accommodation i will rate it 8/10. Daily breakfast has not much variety (5/10).Counter staffs are not versatile in English (7/10) whereby we would need to use goggle translation. Other than a big shpg mall opp the hotel, walking distance less than 8mins, there are no shops at the surrounding.

Still look new and clean after more than 5 years. Shopping mall just opposite and walkable to Asean market. The downside are, required tuk tuk to downtown and it is not cheap as many tuk tuk refused to come due to busy traffic.

Need upgrade for wifi

Newer wing has more power socket and bath tub. However water from bath tub not hot the day I using it. Most disappointing is the wifi throughout 3 days stay the wifi is very very weak and could connect to my phone and tablet. I was on the 6floor towards the last few room. Upset as not able to play my online game and watch u tube.

Otrevlig personal i receptionen väldigt dåligt internet ville ha ett extra täcke då skulle det kosta 300 bath per natt extra för ac gick inte att justera allt eller inget. Kall och tråkig frukost prövade olika tider 7.00/9.30 . Detta är inget hotell att rekommendera borde vara Max 2⭐️ 😡

Sweep your room

Was a nice hotel with great service. Nice bar/restaurant area but only downside was the room which was a little dirty. Looked to not have been swept properly with hair and dust on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom. Not too bad though. Nice swimming pool, but getting drinks was a little slow as bar was closed so the attendant had to keep running to the bar downstairs to bring the drinks.

For the price, I expected more. The rooms were small with few amenities. Very basic setup for such a large hotel that does banquets, weddings, etc. The only useful feature is that it's across the street from a shopping center with plenty of food. There is just nothing I can say that was good about the stay
