We’ve stayed here twice. This place is wonderful. They put a lot of thought into your stay. Beds are comfortable, amenities on spot (black washcloth for makeup-perfect), breakfast and staff-so helpful and kind.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was great. The only complaint we had is that the breakfast should start at 6 on weekdays not 6:30. People, like us, that are there during the week have to get to work so 6:30 was too late.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. Issue we had was the traffic noise from the freeway and people in the hallway being loud while visiting past 10pm. I’m not sure if it was fleas or what, but I kept feeling something bite me all night and found little red insect bites on me next day.

This was hands down the best Holiday Inn experience I’ve had. The hotel is very modern and clean. I was convinced it was newly built although it’s been there for a few years now. Although it’s close to the freeway and I could occassionally hear cars, it did not stop us from having a restful night. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean as well. The staff was also great! Brandy greeted us when we arrived and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout our stay. When I thought it couldn’t get any better, I went down for breakfast and was blown away. Top tier and delicious. I almost forgot that I was eating at a hotel (and not a restaurant). I normally book at Marriott, but this experience has definitely made me a Holiday Inn fan. So, much so, I booked another Holiday Inn for my upcoming stay in Alabama. I hope it’s just as great of a stay as this property because they’ve definitely set the bar high.

We were pleasantly surprised when we saw our room. Not only was it spacious, but well equipped with plenty of comfortable seating as well. The bed was comfortable and an extra comforter was available in the closet. The TV was great, maybe 55"? Although we don't usually do breakfast, we found some excellent restaurants very close by, and truly enjoyed the fresh ground coffee in the lobby. The staff couldn't have been any better, as if they were each intent on making our stay enjoyable. Our grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool, and we noticed a small business area available with a computer. We packed heavier than usual but had no problem getting a cart. We definitely intend to stay here whenever we are in Hattiesburg again.
