Everything was brand new, but, common areas, hallways, stairs and also the elevator, everything was really dirt. I saw a guy make piss outside of his room in the first floor, that was really nasty. The lady in the front desk Kendra, was really kind and gentle.

This property was dirty and was not staffed with people who would be available to assist a customer. We had trouble getting checked in because they have one elevator and it is small. We had to make several trips. Check out was worse. The key card stopped working at 10:30. So we had to track someone down to let us get all of our belongings out of the room. We brought down one load and we could not get back in to get the rest. When we asked what happened they told us it just how it works. There was also broken glass in the hall. Cleaning people just walked past it several times.

the hotel was overbooked i never saw a room, and they didnt do anything to assist me in finding another place to stay, just said "can't help you"

This place was disgusting. There was literal feces and blood that was in a main walkway on the property that was cleaned up for the majority of my entire two week stay there. I could hear drug deals being done in all of the rooms around me. Cops were called to the property on a daily basis. The WiFi was surprisingly fast.

The staff was very rude and inappropriate to my boyfriend and myself. Then told him he couldn’t stay there because he got really upset after comments were made about his appearance.

As upon arrival our hotel was canceled, we didn’t check in. We was told that they only do weekly and we can’t have a room for just 1 night, so if our card was charged I ask to be refunded

El lugar esta muy deteriorado. Me asignaron un cuarto en el 2do piso y el 2do cuarto a 14 cuartos de distancia porque los otros estan siendo remodelados. Me ofrecieron cocina pero no le tenian utensilios de cocina. Para que quiero cocina sin utensilios? Tuve que buscar otro hotel.

The room had no towels, or tissue. The hanging rack in the bathroom was leaning against the toilet. The linen on the bed smelled of smoke and looked dirty. The floor had an indentation as you walked to the bathroom. There was writing in the bedroom mirror, so I had to use the mirror in the bathroom. Someone came in the parking lot about 3:20am, with music blasting for 30 minutes. Front desk clerks have their personal visitors in the office during guest check-in. I now understand why the price is so cheap. Poor quality hotel.
