Front desk lady serviced another customer while
She was checking us in. Not sure why I would be low priority when I’m already being helped by her!!! Bathroom curtain torn, room phone did not work, window curtains torn, only one elevator working. Terrible property. Would not recommend unless desperate.
We selected a hotel that was pet friendly. We chose this hotel because it was the closest to an event we were attending. We booked online and selected we had a pet. We paid in full online. When we arrived and checked in we were told that a non-refundable payment of $150 for having a pet needed to be paid. The cost for our mini Dashund to stay here cost more than my wife and I.
This fee should have been disclosed. We would have selected a different hotel

The cleaning lady was rude & didn’t clean our room one day & requested two ceiling tiles falling in the bathroom & I was told they are on their way& never showed up for 3 days they were still falling when we checked out

Absolutely NO water pressure nor hot water regardless of time. Showers were moldy and curtain was half attached to wall so they fell open repeatedly. Found hair in shower and several towels… Staff was nice

The only thing negative about this property is when it’s morning and they come to make your room, they won’t wait for your response and then just barge in - they should wait instead of just barging in. Invasion of privacy- and as a management you guys should teach your staff this. If someone is sleeping- they start knocking at 10 and saying “house keeping” and if you don’t respond they just barge in .. i had a toddler with me and i didn’t feel comfy

The worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. Staff was not friendly. The lady in the breakfast room was obnoxious. TV didn’t work. Cleaning staff was rude. This hotel is a total clown show!

Hotel was clean, room was comfy, staff was helpful and pleasant. Hot breakfast was great. Unfortunately a plumbing issue the day of our check in made for no hot water that day nor the next, but was no fault of the staff. Bad timing for guests for sure. Would stay here again as long as the hot water came back!
