Abbiamo scelto la camera vista mare ad un prezzo più alto ed abbiamo trovato: un letto con lenzuola sporche, la portafinestra che dava accesso all’esterno con serratura rotta che non chiudeva con evidenti problemi di sicurezza, le tende sporchissime che cadevano dal supporto e mezze scucite, la doccia senza acqua calda e un personale d’hotel imbarazzante per ignavia e incapacità di gestione. Al mattino in sala colazione: tovagliette sporche in maniera indecente, personale addetto alla sala immobile a parlare tra loro che dovevi spostare per uscire, quelli che rifornivano il buffet che arrivavano pescando dai vassoi e masticando. La peggiore esperienza mia avuta in un hotel

Unser Zimmer für 70 € war enttäuschend: Durch das Fenster guckte man auf eine Wand , über der Wasserbehälter waren. (Also: sehr dunkel!) Die AC funktionierte- aber mit LKW- Dezibel, ohne Ohrstöpsel hätten wir nicht schlafen können. Da wir 14 Tage vorher schon mal dort ein Zimmer hatten :11. Stock - auf einer Gruppenreise - waren wir besonders über den großen Unterschied entsetzt. Das Personal erinnerte an frühere DDR- Erfahrungen: So nach dem Motto: „Gast, was willst du eigentlich von mir - warte, bis ich Zeit für dich habe.“ Für den Preis waren das zu viele Negativ-Attribute!

L’hôtel est beau seulement à l’accueil! Les chambres sont dans un très mauvais états et les salles de bains pires Ne vous attendez pas à une superbe vue sur le malecon... Pour la climatisation euh...un bruit de folie Les petits déjeuners sont top pour vous purger, nous avons tous été malades La piscine est sale Franchement hôtel.com ne fait pas son travail et l’annonce est mensongère

Very good service, (the only problem I had throughout the whole trip, was at immigration. They wouldn't let me go, even though they knew that the purpose of my trip was mainly leisure. They were very suspicious, which was a little bit irritating and offensive.) Nevertheless, I ended up having a very good time because of the good service provided.

Cafards, odeur horrible de renfermé qui ne pouvait pas partir car pas d'aération (la vue donnait sur un mur) et on ne pouvait voir le ciel qu'en se penchant de la fenêtre, literie trop vieille et draps, serviettes sales. La piscine et le personnel sont les seuls choses positives de cet hôtel.

14 - stöckige BRUCHBUDE. Kein eimziges Zimmer ist den Preis von CUC 115.- (ca. 120.- CHF) vor Ort und bei Buchungsseiten immer noch CUC 65.- wert. In den höheren Étagen wurden einige Zimmer gestrichen und die Duschen renoviert. Trotzdem hatten alle Zimmer erhebliche Mängel. Defeckte Scheiben die mit Klebeband geflickt wurden. Schimmel in Bädern, Verputzschäden, Miefgeruch, defekte Möbel von 1958 mit Feuchtigkeitsschäden, ärmlich eingerichtete Zimmer, schmutziger Pool, usw. Den negativen Bewetungen sollte man glauben schenlen !!!!!! Entsprechende Fotos werde ich den Buchungsportalen zukommen lassen.

Hotelli sotan aikana!

Kauhemppi majoituspaikka ei ole elämässä nähnyt! Huoneessa kaikki on todella vanha ja kulunut. Huone näytäis epäsiistilta. Likaiset verhot, Seinät homessa. Ikkuna karmissa on ollut välit miihin mahtu sormet, mereltä oli kova tuuli ja huonessa oli todella kylmä. Kylpyhuonessa ikkuna oli auki, ja siitä ei pystynyt laitama kiinii. Internetti on maksulinen ja vain hotelli aulassa, että saata internetti yhteittä pitäisi käyttä kortteja. Mutta internetti nopeus on niin hidas että korttilla aika loppu ja internetissä ei ole käyty... Sisäänkirjautumisaika on kello 16.00, Jos haluat klo 14.00- lisämaksu! Olemme lähtenet lentokentalle klo 5.00 aamulla ja olemme saanet Ihan surkea aamias paketti ! Aamulla klo 5 oli todella vaikaea saata taksi. Hotelli portsari ei kiinnostanut miten me saame taksi ja lähte lentokenalle. Ei suositelle tämä hotelli! Hintaa ei vasta majoitukselle!

海沿いマレコン通りにある立地は良い。 朝食も美味しかった。 他に良いところは無い。 キューバ全般ホテルの質が値段の割に合わないが、お湯がほとんど出ないようなものというのはいただけない。

Hotellissa ei ollut yleisökäymälää käytössä vaan ne olivat kaikki remontissa. Aamiaisravintolassa oli puute lähes kaikesta. Hotelli muuten on hyvällä paikalla kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä. Vain yksi hissi käytössä 14 kerroksen hotellissa.

Be Careful When You Book two room

I did the booking for my family and a friend (Couple). Our room (1303) was excellent in every respect. We had a large bed for each of us. Room airy neat and clean The couples room (704) was just so terrible. Just a small bed with a dirty toilet, non functional lights and aircon. There was no corrective action on the first night and when staff was brought to the room on day/night they swapped lights within the room. Then we did an overnight trip and returned back for our last day and no one would listen. We both paid the same amount and our booking was very clear but were really disappointed. It put my family in a very embarrassing position. We are extremely disappointed and have taken plenty of photos to support that this was an absolute rip off and we were cheated and want a return for that room. Hence the poor reviews - this service is deception and people must be made aware. This is our first bad experience with Hotel.com

Gefallen hat mir gar nichts Anstehen vor der Tür damit nan einen Platz zum Frühstücken bekommt Die Qualität des Frühstücks war sehe schlecht Mini Handtücher mit Stockflecken...mega ecklig Altes abgewohntes Mobiliar Fenster undicht..der Wind pfiff durchs Zimmer Steckdosen im Zimmer hingen aus der Wand Lichtschalter im Bad ebenso 1 Aufzug defekt, somit stand für 15 Stockwerke nur 1 Aufzug zur Verfügung Der Gesamteindruck...schmuddeliges Hotel Hier kann man keine Gäste unterbringen!!!!

Necesita reforma

El hotel en general necesita una buena reforma; habitaciones con muebles y ropa muy antiguos, olor a viejo, mal estado todo! agua fría en la habitaciones! lo único bueno las vistas al mar ( si la habitación tiene vistas al mar) y el desayuno estaba bien! resto necesita reformas inmediatas!
