“Check in was very quick and easy. It’s the little touches it was mine and my son’s birthday this weekend and we had a birthday cake, cards, sweets, drink in the room. Lovely. The room was clean and tidy and spacious. We stayed half board. The dinner allowance was very good and the food was amazing. Would definitely stay here again thank you for an amazing stay. ”

“Lovely hotel with lovely traditional decor. We had a room with the beautiful lake view. Spacious, very clean room & bathroom. All Staff very helpful. Davinia, Dave & Alex at reception very nice & friendly. Food was Very good. Special thanks to waiter Andrew who brought us a plate saying "happy 40th anniversary" in chocolate. Spa & pool was lovely and relaxing. Boat cruise to Bowness was also relaxing and very interesting. ”

“Customer service stood out for me. I booked a certain room and initially didn’t get it. The lady at reception (didn’t get her name but she worked 1st Nov) ran around the hotel to sort out the room for me straight away. Room was super clean, quiet and stylish. Had the peaceful weekend I was looking for! ”
