"Clean , good lobby, good location, restaurants in hotel. Couldn’t go to restaurant for coffee or rest unless I ordered a big buffet. Receptionist and food room service staff kept asking for cash instead of putting expenses on room. It was very odd. After I insisted, they agreed to charge my credit card. "

"The service in this hotel is top notch from the service desk to the restaurant staff on the 18 th floor. The hotel is situated in Hawally which is heavily populated area and also busy.
