I suspect it was from general humidity and the A/C in my room which was the old kind of wall unit that drew air from the outside and probably had a bit of condensation. “The room had such a strong smell.of pinesol it gave us a headache. They came ans replaced towels our first day but didn't bother making the bed and on our second day they didn't even bother replacing towels.”
