No follow up or apology from staff. Would probably stay again, but would go elsewhere if costs/location were equal. "

"Yes Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Rooms were cleaned and prompt response when we requested something. I think for the price we pay, it would be nice to have easy access to a simple cup of water, or complimentary cup of tea or coffee free of charge in the lobby."
