Great welcome, lovely place

We wish we had discovered this place years ago as we have been making this trip 2 or 3 times a year using a hotel near Lille. This charming house is so much better and the welcome from the charming Marie-Odile was lovely. So much care has gone into the preparation of the accommodation and the breakfast, largely using home-grown items, was exceptional. I am sure we shall find a reason to come here again.

We were made very welcome by the owner, Marie. The property is beautifully decorated, our room was spacious and very well equipped and there's a lounge area too. Breakfast was amazing - fruit salad, yoghurt, selection of cheeses , homemade breads and pastries and preserves, and fruit juice using produce from the farm with different delicious dishes every morning: we have never had such an excellent breakfast. Marie had helpful local advice too. Stay here if you're visiting this area. An excellent base for Ypres and First World War area.

Herbes Folles is absolutely wonderful. The host is attentive and welcoming. The rooms are exquisite and very well presented. Breakfast is a must - home made and locally sourced produce.

Stayed here for two night during a business trip. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. Can't recommend it enough!

Wow, a magnificent property. The room was spacious and perfectly designed. The shower and bathroom are wonderful. The host was attentive and the breakfast was exquisite - home made jams, preserves and juice complemented locally produced cheese and ham.

En déplacement pro, se retrouver comme à la maison ! Marie Odile est d'une gentillesse extraordinaire, hospitalité et confort sont au rdv. Le plateau repas du soir était excellent. Je ne préfère pas vous parler du petit déjeuner et vous laisse découvrir les divers mets exquis qui sont servis, c'est du fait maison, avec amour et passion, soin et délicatesse... Merci Marie Odile, à chaque passage dans la Région, je sais désormais où est mon point de chute :)

Incontournable

Marie Odile est une hôte remarquable. C’est une personne agréable souriante et pleine de belles intentions pour ces clients. Le cadre est en pleine nature, completement dépaysant. la chambre est propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Je voyage dans toute la France et cette maison d’hôte est l’une de mes plus belles découvertes. Les petites déjeuner sont frais, locales et somptueux.

Séjours aux herbes folles à Stenweert dans les Fla

Séjours très courts, juste pour une nuit , mais j'y reviendrai avec mon épouse pour profiter davantage de ce beau cadre. Le tout était parfait, de l'accueil, de la chambre du petit déjeuner encore mieux qu'à la maison. La maîtresse de maison vous chouchoute. Je recommande vivement. Encore merci pour ce moment fort agréable.

Herbes Folles bietet entspannte, ruhige Urlaubstage in seinen liebevoll und individuell gestalteten Zimmern. Die Gastgeberin serviert ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auf gut ausgebauten Radwegen kann man die Umgebung erkunden. Lille und auch Paris können von hier aus bereist werden.

Parfaite escapade

Excellent séjour ! La chambre est très jolie et accueillante, nous avons passé une très bonne nuit. Le petit déjeuner vaut le détour avec des produits frais et préparés sur place à la minute. L'hôtesse est charmante et très serviable. Une chambre d'hôte mémorable !
