โGreat location if you are spending a couple of days in the Kingston area. Charming house and decor. I loved that they deliver warm coffee and muffins in the morning. The room was decorated nicely and they even provided a record player with records.โ
โAfter a small hic cup with our expedia booking on arrival, everything was great. Great outdoor space, we had a cabin over looking the river , which was perfect. Very very peaceful! Plenty of walking and biking opportunities at close hand.
To see the rest of Kingston, or go to a restaurant off site, a car is needed. There is free coffee in the cabin, but the refrigerator is full of cold drinks and snacks. If a
TV is important to you, the cabins are not for you!โ
โStaff is very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Microwave and refrigerator were spotless. Since it is animal friendly, there are no carpets on the floors.
The Continental Breakfast was very nice offering: instant oatmeal, muffins, a variety of breakfast bars, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, & hot chocolate.
I would stay there again.โ
โValerie and Eric were great hosts, very warm, inviting and knowledgeable about the area regarding restaurants and sightseeing. Check in/check out was easy. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Not all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, but if your room doesnโt have one, a private bathroom is reserved for your use only that is steps away. And the breakfasts were great!โ
โA different sort of B&Bโself-service breakfast. Owner/manager was cordial, interesting. Huge common room included the breakfast area, big patio for nice weather enjoyment, TV, interesting art on the walls. Breakfast options were okayโbagels, English muffins, cerealโnothing special.โ
โPretty new hotel in excellent condition. I had a studio with a nice kitchen, sitting area, and king sized bed. Nice sized bathroom, with a walk in shower (with excellent water pressure.) Very quiet room.
The area has many shopping centers. My room looked on the back and side of a Target, and I think this added to the quiet at night.
Excellent front desk staff. Very good laundry room with 4 washers and 6 dryers. Each $2.50 in quarters, but front desk staff can give you change.

โGreat getaway property. We checked in for two nights, and stayed in a building with kitchen/2 bedrooms, which was great for our needs. We spent time in the property relaxing at the beautiful pool, sauna, and had a fabulous dinner at Butterfield. Played some shuffleboard, pool and video games in their clubhouse - very laid back vibe and perfect for a couples weekend. Great food options off property in the area, and my partner was able to get in a quick nine-hole game of golf at a nearby...
โThe Inn has a refreshingly green, natural environment with lovely gardens, deer and the private stream/swimming hole where guests can relax. Refreshments and breakfast provide nice variety of choices. The room was small but completely adequate. Not the best shower head, but everything else about the room and bathroom were satisfactory. The owner was welcoming and caring for guests. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants around Tinker street in Woodstock.โ
