It was a great location ( 15 min walk from train station and another 15 to old town). The rooms were clean, spacious, coffee maker and fridge, the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of choices, and the staff were friendly!

Great place to stay

I stayed here on 2 separate occasions and have enjoyed my stay both times. Great location downtown with short walk to key places. breakfast options aren't bad and there is paid parking in a garage below the hotel

Traveled with partner and dog. Easy check-in and continued nice interactions with staff and cleaning team members. Cool function in our room was the “suite-pad” which we could schedule room cleaning if needed and learn more about what the hotel offered and what was around us. Location was perfect, 10ish min walk from the center “Altstadt” so it was quiet in the evenings and not too crowded. Nice selection of restaurants nearby and a grocery store.

Quality hotel in City Center (not the Old Town)

Very patient, helpful staff with English speaking guests. Location is good. Breakfast is ok. They were easily able to accommodate my wife and I and teenage son in one room with a bed for everyone.

The room was a bit old and could use renovation. almost no ventilation in the bathroom. However, public area was kept nicely especially breakfast area and it was very good. Underground parking was quite a bit tight but overall good value for the money and I would stay again

It was OK, no food except breakfast but is a reasonably good central location for bar and restaurant choices. My room was OK, nice balcony but the bathroom sink was cracked. No ironing facility provided. Coffee machine with a couple of free pods provided. Breakfast had usual hot and cold buffet choices.

Good but…

I know it’s not W, but for the price: 1. The lobby and lift smells like ammonia (mild rotten egg) 2. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was on the vanity top instead of affix to the wall. 3. The bath/shower was very narrow - anyone who is “bigger” than 180cm / 85kg will struggle to shower in it. Hotel staffs were friendly and the location is great to be a base to explore Heidelberg.
