“What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. “Lovely hotel in a great little town perfect for our needs. They have no staff for check in/out but fortunately someone was at the desk when I left my phone in my room while rushing out for a bus. Despite the language barrier she was my saviour and understood my predicament 😊 ”
