“The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it. Staff admitted it was supposed to have been fixed that day but repair person didn't show. Why would you put guests into that room then?”

“Our stay was very short, but very comfortable. They let us know ahead the pool was closed and some construction going on, but we did not see or hear evidence of that on first floor. It was a nice surprise to be placed on first floor and near an exit. Breakfast was good, as expected. We’d definitely stay again.”

“We spent 4 nights here. The rooms were ok but a little noisy at times. What we really didn’t like was the lack of hot water. I was able to get it hot enough in the shower to take a shower, but the water in the sink was usually luke warm. We liked the pancakes in the breakfast room but the eggs were always cold. “My family has stayed in this hotel every time we come to Helena. The staff are amazing. The location is great for food and shopping. The rooms are fairly large. And the amenities (pool, fitness room, laundry facilities) are better than most every other hotel I’ve stayed in across the nation.”
