"It was a snow storm while we were there, for all of us novice winter people an employee went through the parking lot and lifted all the windshield wipers so they wouldn’t freeze and get stuck on the windshields. Everyone at breakfast was very glad someone thought ahead and was so gracious."

"I couldnt take a shower because the tub was so filthy. I always pull down the covers on the bed, i had 2 queens, one was obviously dirty. The whole room needs a deep cleaning, it was really dirty. "

"The hotel smelt like smoke. Our tub was not clean. At check in the clerk was arguing on her cell phone with someone. At check out, we were ignored and the clerk walked a way from us and went down a hallway. The was mud in the stairwells and hallways ."
