The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room facilities are limited, beds are uncomfortable, the bed linen smells bad, and there is black mold between the bathroom tiles.

War für eine Nacht dort. Das Hotel übernimmt die Parkgebühren für den Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war zu warm, da es auf der Sonnenseite war und die Vorhänge nicht zugezogen waren. Frühstück war ausreichend.

Trevlig personal. Mkt positivt att få rummet städat och bäddat varje dag. Hopplöst golv i badrummet som inte gick att skrapa av vattnet på pga ojämnheter. Ingen golvhandduk i badrummet, vilket ledde till att det inte gick att gå in där torrskodd efter dusch. Kopplingen till duschslangen behöver skruvas åt för att avhjälpa läckage. Sängen var under all kritik, nedlegad och gnisslande. Parkingsplatserna alldeles för få och dessutom storleksmässigt inte tillräckligt stora, inte anpassat till dagens bilstorlekar.

Terrible experience

After a long trip, we checked in and were given no information whatsoever – not even about breakfast time or location. No mention of what the hotel offers or any basic guidance. For travelers like us, who had been on the road for a while, this was extremely unhelpful. We weren’t even sure how many nights we had booked. The room had no AC, no fridge, and was unbearably hot. Worst of all, there was a constant smell of sewage – it was absolutely disgusting. Breakfast service was chaotic. I had to personally ask the staff to refill basic items like glasses, pancakes, bread, and yogurt. It felt like no one knew what they were doing. Not a single smile or welcoming gesture from anyone during our stay. The entire staff seriously needs to reflect on whether this line of work is really for them. Due to the overall poor quality of the stay, we demanded compensation for this awful experience – which says a lot about how far from acceptable the standard really was. Overall, a horrible experience. Management needs to take a serious look at both service quality and staff attitude. We will definitely not be returning.

Fint stort Hotel utanför Helsingborgs centrum men nära för besök på Sundspärlan, fantastisk frukost allt hölls smak -fullt och fint upp-dukat, behaglig ljud nivå vid frukosten ljuddämpande material på väggarna uppskattades mycket Tyvärr otroligt varmt trots öster läge på rummet ingen air-cond. fönstret gick bara att öppna en liten gnutta släppte inte in någon frisk luft blev mycket svårt att sova. Stor parkering vid Hotellet många lediga platser. Hissen liten och rörig beteende. Bra Hotell med mycket trevlig personal särskilt vid in och utcheck. Hotellet helt OK men inget som sticker ut

Känns som ett gammalt ScandicHotell från 80-talet som tappat sin skyltar. Trasiga TV apparater och sönder legade madrasser varvas av personal med en attityd som får Konsum att framstå kundvänligt.

En övernattning. Plus för gratis parkering i anslutning till hotellet. 20 min promenad in till färjan. Frukosten var ok likaså rummet, hade behövt renovera badrummet dock. Enda minus att det inte fanns någon klimatanläggning, varmt i rummet.
