Silverfish in the Bed

Arrived to the room to find silverfish in the bed, first one and then another when looking through the bed. Upon telling the staff that I do not think one should pay full price for an insect infested room they just said ‘oh no, are they back’ and there was no refund or discount. The location is however rather beautiful but rather remote if you do not have access to a car.

Bra frukost men gillar inte när yoghurt står i öppna skålar. Kvällsrestaurang finns också vilket är bra trots relativt dyrt. Parkering nära!

Fint läge strax nedanför Råå med tjusig utsikt över sundet. Bra rum och bra frukost. Riktig apelsinjuice istället för tropisk saft hade dock uppskattats.

Das Hotel war ein absolutes Highlight unseres 5-tägigen Trips in Schweden. Im Gebäude „Ven“ untergebracht hatte man zwar bis zum Frühstückssaal und der Rezeption den weitesten Weg aber es zählte für uns als Spaziergang. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, nur ein paar mehr Staufächer haben gefehlt. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr reichhaltig und von Joghurt bis zu Brötchen/Knäckebrot gab es wirklich alles. Der Ausblick dabei war ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war mit A-la-Carte Bestellung, preislich gehobener, dafür auch sehr lecker. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man die Innenstadt Helsingborgs mit dem PKW innerhalb von 10min - Parkplätze gibt es vor Ort des Hotels kostenlos und ausreichend. Fußläufig vom Hotel ist ein kleiner Sandstrand, welcher zum Baden oder Verweilen einlädt. Die Mitarbeiter des gesamten Hotels sind zuvorkommend und sprechen sehr gutes Englisch. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
