Friendly and Helpful

One of the friendliest and helpful front desk staffs! Early check in accommodations were made. A terrific breakfast was available at 0400 AM! The proximity of the mall, sauna/water park was perfect, allowing for a restful 20 hour layover!

The spa was nice but expensive (make sure to bring your own towel to not get upcharged) and the room was fine, but the ~20 food options were TERRIBLE. Taco Bell is literally the highest rated restaurant in the complex, which makes sense because the Crunchwrap supreme I ate tasted better than the “Greek” I had earlier in the day.

Although it is some distance from the city, the location of the hotel to the close proximity of mall and cinema made it convenient to shop up till closing and watch a late night movie. The room in the new wing was fresh and comfortable. Enjoyed the large window with a view of the forest and the modern smart TV. Breakfast gets crowded quickly. The options look alot but food is basic and taste average.
