โThe bed was quite comfortable and they had amazing breakfast options but since the room had such a small a/c unit it couldn't really keep up with keeping the room a perfect temperature โ
โThis hotel was fantastic! Quiet and safe area. Hot breakfast in the mornings, the pool and hot tub were really well maintained.
Every staff member there was wonderful! Cheerful, super welcoming and we asked for a couple of small things like an extra blanket and they were very accommodating.
Would 100% stay here again. โ
โMy daughter and I felt welcome from the first time we walked in the lobby. Giving us rewards and free dinner vouchers. Usually this treatment happens if you are upset but we were happy from start to finish. The wave pool was a big plus! The lifeguard even turned on the slides for us when we were the only ones in there. More hotels can learn from this and be proactive with there guests instead of reactive to there guest. We will always stay here when in town!โ
โParking lot stalls are pretty small, not really set up for pick up trucks. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

โThe room was spotless. The tub was deep, wide and a ledge to rest your arms. The toilet had added bidet features. Another thing we apprecited were two lights and tables next to the bed. The bed was comfrtable, and the bedding had the FRESH smell of just out of the dryer, soft and the pillows were the best we had on our trip. Laminate flooring instead of carpet. Loved that. It was an exceptional room for an excellent price. We extended our stay.โ
โThe hotel room was not bad apart from cigarette smell, and a breeze under the door because there was a big gap. Otherwise the beds, the shower and everything else work great. โ
