First of all, I HAVE NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW. I don't usually feel it's worth the time, but this is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. I arrived and asked for my money back because there were several shady looking men hanging out in the parking lot and I told the receptionist i didn't feel safe. I had my 8 your old son with me who has epilepsy and they told me I had selected a smoking room on Expedia. I didn't know that hotels even had smoking rooms anymore. I asked for my money back dye to not feeling safe as a single mother taveling alone with her 2 sons. The attendant said I needed to call Expedia to get a refund. I drove to the nearby Best Western (which was 100x better) and paid for another room and I contacted Expedia from my new hotel, they called the manager to explain that I didn't feel safe and were told they would not give the money back, no exceptions. I called the manager myself, and she literally screamed and cursed at me and said I had lied to Expedia and then she hung up on me. WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. Do not even consider this place. You're better off sleeping at a rest stop. I had to pay for 2 rooms that night, one that I did not use due to the sleezy guests hanging out in the parking lot.
