Hendon, London hotel rooms at the Starwood Capital

"When we arrived to check in the staff were lovely. They explained how the key card system on your phone worked and then escorted us to the building we were staying in, it was raining and the small touch of the umbrella didn't go unnoticed. The room was spacious and clean, we were a family of 4 and had chosen the room with the queen sized bunk beds. We were very impressed and would highly recommend the hotel. The shops and Earls court tube station were a 3 minute walk away. The Natural history museum were in close proximity (about 25 minute walk). "

Other staff were clearly in the office behind reception but did not support their colleagues who were trying their best. The lifts are very slow and the rooms look old and tired. "

"Great location, great staff, very posh. If you are an American you appreciate the room size. The rooms are nice and not small like many European hotels. Pool was nice too except for the obnoxious children constantly jumping in the pool."
