The Mirabello is a small family-run hotel. They work hard and with pride. Rooms are immaculate and it is in a very quiet area in old town with two excellent local-folk family tavernas just a few steps away and around the corner. A very budget friendly and safe place to stay in the heart of old town Heraklion.

A little gem, tucked away in a little corner in an area that we love.... Nice nearby bars for food and drinks (Siga Siga, Beer O'clock, Peskesi....) just off the mainstream tourist trap. Recommended 🤗

The room was clean, air-conditioned, and had a quite a big and comfortable bed. Great location too, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to check out a bit later than the regular time and was not charged extra. The bathroom was small, but that was a minor issue. Will come back if I visit Heraklion again!

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Additionally, the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions just a short walk away. The location was excellent - within walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The sea front was very close, as were the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and cofree making facilities provided. The staff at the front desk were excellent - helpful with directions to get where we wanted and with suggestions for restaurants. My friend and I stayed here for a week — overall, it was alright. The location is definitely the highlight, very close to the city centre and within walking distance of all kinds of transport, which made getting around super easy. The room itself was decently clean, but unfortunately the towels and sheets were dirty and stained, which wasn’t great. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Decent for the price, but could use some improvements.
