"I was looking forward to my stay. The hotel facilities, however, underwhelmed me. When I tried to adjust the heating, the cover for the thermostat was falling off. You could barely move in the bathroom; it was so tight. The towels were so threadbare I would use them as a rag. For a hotel with a reputation for being a better quality establishment, this was very disappointing."
