"View from the balcony amazing, we were on the 24th floor, could see for miles. Staff friendly and willing to help. Easy car parking below, at an extra cost. Great selection of bars and restaurants extremely close by so not limited to hotel, the view from their restaurant was fab though. Only 2 issues, not complaints! Firstly, I would have loved a chair on balcony rather than dragging out room chair and secondly I currently have a really sore knee and both the escalator and elevator were down for maintenance the day we were leaving. "

"Great! Excellent room which is convenient with nice view, attentive service and nice location (20min walk to Perth station, 10min to IGA supermarket, and 5 min to nearby beach walk). Thanks to Maarja-Illis in Reception as well whom ensured we like our room. The rooms with river view is nicer, just note the Twin rooms is limited with such nice view."

"The min u walked in to checkin and till u leave, nothing to complain. Check in was super easy and fast. Room was clean and exactly what described. We hv kitchenette facilities so we used them. super convenient for us to have quick breakfast before we explore Perth and a relaxing home cooked (room cooked) dinner after a long driving trip. Only comment - i noticed our room carpetwas not vacuumed from the time we checked in till we leave. the small pc of paper that was on the floor (by the fridge in clear sight) was still there when we left. I wonder if they only vacuum after guests leave. hmmm🤔"
