Das Appartment war sehr geräumig, sauber und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit saniert. Das maritime Design gefiel uns. Der Wellness Bereich ist groß, aber leider waren 2 Saunen defekt.

Sehr zentral gelegen, positiv ist auch, dass das Schwimmbad mitgenutzt werden kann. Schade ist, dass man anscheinend einen Parkplatz reservieren muss, weil man sonst im Parkhaus ein Stück entfernt parken muss. Das be- und entladen des Autos verstopft dann eben die Strasse vor der Unterkunft. Auch die Anreise vorm Hotel ist schlecht organisiert, denn nur drei Autos können vorm Hotel parken. Was also tun, wenn man einchecken möchte aber nirgens parken kann?

Wenn man zum ersten mal die Hotelunterkunft anfährt, ist die Lage unübersichtlich. Der Navi gab mir immer wieder statt Seestr. in Heringsdorf die Seestr. in Bansin zum Ansteuern

Wir waren eine Woche da. Das Appartement war schön eingerichtet und anscheinend auch kürzlich renoviert. Dennoch war der Zustand schon sehr abgewohnt, eine intensivere Reinigung und Wartung ist zu empfehlen. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und schön. Das als gross angepriesene Schlafsofa jedoch eine Zumutung, selbst für Kinder. Sehr klein und kurz, quietschte wie verrückt und verursachte Rückenschmerzen. Zudem kam man kaum am nicht verstellbaren Ess-Tisch vorbei, so eng war der Durchgang. Der Wellnessbereich war kalt, vor allem das Wasser im Pool. Zudem lag im ganzen Pool viel Sand auf dem Boden. Die Tiefgaragen Kosten für einen Duplex Stellplatz sind mit 17€ am Tag sehr hoch. Zudem Chaos bei der Stellplatzvergabe. In Summe war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (auch wenn Hochsaison war) nicht gerechtfertigt.

Moderne, saubere Zimmer. Bis auf den Backofen fehlte es an nichts. Einziges Manko war der Matrazenschutz azf dem Schlafsofa. Es war eine Art Tüte und knisterte ständig, das zu kleine Laken konnte es nicht retten. Aber ansonsten alles bestens!

gute Unterkunft, fußläufig in die nähere Umgebung, Frühstück reichhaltig aber total überteuert- für 23€ !pro Person. Da viel Sand am Schuhwerk könnte der Teppich täglich gesaugt werden. Freundliches Personal.
