The staff was very nice but the property - while masquerading as a luxury hotel - really needs a lot of maintenance and updates. Both my door and shower had issues that had to be fixed and don't be fooled by the "Deluxe" room because it is tiny. It's a good, central location though. But for the price they really need to make more updates.

This should not be called a 4star hotel
The room was very dingy. The refrigerator was not functioning
The air condition vents in the bathroom and bedroom were all rusty and looked moldy the lobby is shabby. We paid over
$800 for the night. Very depressing place

"The biggest issue we had was the supposed accessible Stone Lodge was accessible from the outdoors, but the doorway into the room was not easy for a person in a wheelchair to get into and the bathroom was not accessible at all. On the upside, the room was well kept, heat/ air was good and super quiet. ..."
