"Terrible. I stayed in the Presidential Suite, not only was I awoken all through the night because the walls are paper thin. The neighbors continued to hit the wall right at my bed causing me to wake up multiple times, including waking up my daughter. Then, in the morning I go to shower and the bathroom is freezing, because there is no way to heat it only the room and 1 thermostat. Sadly I took the complaints to Management but they refused to speak to myself or Expedia. Despicable "

"Clean room, comfortable mattress, included breakfast was much better than other hotels. The staff was friendly and courteous, knowledgeable about the area. The hotel was in a safe area and close to local amenities. "

"Clean room, nice staff, tractor-trailer friendly, pool was okay(not heated), laundry only one washer worked, but they had serval dryers(both free). Only big downside was the floors was so thin so u heard everyone above you not the hotels fault people need to have more respect for other guest. Overall I’d book here again"
